Architecture licensing
Choose a family after matching the workload. An evaluation licence gives the named integration team the logical dispatch specification, interface tests and parameter workbook for one revision. It is not a fabricated tape-out approval.
Evaluation package
The team records target family, expected active set, memory behaviour and cooling assumptions. Evaluation output remains inside the named team; driver changes carry a version note. A second product line requires a separate scope review.
Production review
A production request includes implementation evidence, preserved held-error behaviour and an independently measured thermal report. Architecture fees and chip fabrication charges are quoted separately. Passing a reference test does not replace the operator’s permissions or system safety review.
